These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "User," "you," or "your") and Pinnacle Institute Of Software Tech Solutions ("Pinnacle," "Institute," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at https://pinnaclehtd.vercel.app, submitting any form, enrolling in any program, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Pinnacle Institute Of Software Tech Solutions is a professional training and placement organization located at #16, 2nd Floor, Bydrahalli, Magadi Main Road, Bangalore, India. We provide industry-ready training programs and guaranteed job placement services for individuals across all educational backgrounds, from 12th pass to post-graduates.
2.1 Services Offered
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Training Programs: Structured, instructor-led training in Software Development, Data Analytics, Business & Banking, and Field & Logistics.
- Placement Services: Job placement assistance and facilitation with our network of hiring partners, including interview preparation, resume building, and direct placement coordination.
- Career Counselling: Guidance on career track selection based on your educational background, interests, and aptitude.
- Post-Placement Support: Continued support and mentorship after successful placement to ensure career stability.
3. Eligibility
To use our services and enroll in our programs, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are between 16 and 18 years old.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate) from a recognized board. All higher qualifications (undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate) are eligible across all programs.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during enrollment and throughout your engagement with our services. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your enrollment and forfeiture of any fees paid.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse enrollment or terminate services if any eligibility criteria are not met or if information provided is found to be inaccurate.
4. Enrollment and Registration
4.1 Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our programs is subject to the following process:
- Submission of an enquiry via our website contact form or in-person at our office.
- An initial counselling session to assess your background and recommend a suitable program.
- Completion of the enrollment form with all required personal and educational details.
- Payment of the applicable program fee as communicated during enrollment.
- Acceptance of these Terms of Service and any program-specific terms.
4.2 Enrollment Confirmation
Your enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the first installment, if applicable) and written or electronic confirmation from Pinnacle. Until confirmation is issued, no binding obligation to provide services arises on our part.
5. Placement Guarantee — Terms and Conditions
Pinnacle Institute offers a 100% placement guarantee to eligible students, subject to the following terms and conditions. This section must be read carefully as it defines the scope and limitations of our placement commitment.
5.1 Scope of Guarantee
The placement guarantee means that Pinnacle will provide bona fide job placement assistance and facilitate employment opportunities for every student who successfully completes their enrolled training program. "Placement" means facilitation of a job offer from one of our hiring partners or affiliated companies.
5.2 Eligibility for Placement
To be eligible for the placement guarantee, you must:
- Successfully complete 100% of the training curriculum, including all assignments, projects, assessments, and examinations.
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 85% throughout the duration of the training program.
- Actively participate in all placement preparation activities, including mock interviews, resume workshops, and skill assessments.
- Be available for interviews and job offers within the placement window (typically 60 days from program completion).
- Not have been terminated or expelled from the program for misconduct, violation of these Terms, or academic dishonesty.
- Have paid all fees in full with no outstanding balance.
5.3 Nature of Placement
- Pinnacle facilitates placement opportunities but does not guarantee a specific job title, designation, salary range, company, or geographic location.
- Placement may include full-time employment, contractual roles, work-from-home positions, or on-site positions, depending on the availability of opportunities and the hiring requirements of our partners.
- Salary and compensation are determined by the hiring company and are outside the control of Pinnacle Institute.
5.4 Student Obligations
If a student unreasonably refuses three (3) or more valid job offers that are reasonably aligned with the student's training and qualifications, Pinnacle's placement obligation shall be deemed fulfilled, and no further placement assistance will be provided.
5.5 Limitation
The placement guarantee does not constitute a guarantee of permanent employment. Pinnacle is not liable for any subsequent termination, resignation, or change in employment status after placement has been successfully facilitated.
6. Fees, Payment, and Charges
6.1 Fee Structure
Program fees are communicated to you during the enrollment process and vary based on the selected program, duration, and mode of training. The fee structure is provided in writing (either physically or electronically) prior to enrollment confirmation.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer, UPI, or other payment methods accepted by Pinnacle.
- Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a structured installment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
- All payments must be made to the official bank account or payment channels of Pinnacle Institute Of Software Tech Solutions. We shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals.
6.3 Late Payments
In the event of late payment beyond the due date, Pinnacle reserves the right to:
- Suspend your access to training materials and classes until payment is received.
- Charge a late fee as communicated in the enrollment agreement.
- Terminate your enrollment if payment remains outstanding for more than 30 (thirty) days beyond the due date.
6.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and such taxes will be added to the invoiced amount as required by law.
6.5 Refunds

7. Code of Conduct
As a student or user of Pinnacle's services, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect: Treat all staff, instructors, fellow students, and hiring partners with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Academic Integrity: Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments independently unless group work is expressly authorized. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
- Attendance: Attend all scheduled classes and training sessions. Notify the Institute in advance if you are unable to attend.
- Property: Handle all Institute property, equipment, and materials with care. You will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused by your negligence or intentional act.
- Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activity that is illegal, unethical, disruptive, or harmful to the Institute, its staff, other students, or any third party.
- Confidentiality: You shall not disclose proprietary training materials, curriculum content, or any confidential information of the Institute to any third party without prior written consent.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, or termination of your enrollment without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Institute's Intellectual Property
All content on our website and training materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, course curricula, training modules, assessments, and all other materials (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Pinnacle Institute Of Software Tech Solutions or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
8.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in connection with your enrollment in our programs. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content.
- Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any Content.
- Use any Content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.
8.3 Student Work
You retain ownership of original work you create during your training (e.g., project code, assignments). However, by enrolling, you grant Pinnacle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your work for promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes, subject to anonymization where appropriate.
9. Website Use
9.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the website in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or any system or network connected to our website.

- We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, job locations, or job titles. Our placement services are provided on a "best efforts" basis, and placement outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, employer requirements, and your own qualifications and performance.
- We shall not be liable for any act, omission, or decision of any employer or hiring partner, including but not limited to their hiring decisions, employment terms, working conditions, or termination actions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinnacle Institute Of Software Tech Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Any inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by you.
- Any claim by a third party arising from your acts or omissions during your enrollment or placement.
- Your use or misuse of our website, services, or training materials.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Pinnacle
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your enrollment and/or access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct.
- Non-payment of fees beyond the stipulated grace period.
- Academic dishonesty, misconduct, or disruptive behavior.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Any conduct that, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Institute, its students, staff, or reputation.
13.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your enrollment by providing written notice to Pinnacle. Termination by you does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refunds shall be determined on a case-by-case basis.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to training materials, classes, and placement services will be immediately revoked. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Amicable Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your enrollment, or our services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. You shall first submit a written complaint to Pinnacle at pinnacleinstitutes@gmail.com, and we shall respond within 15 (fifteen) business days.
14.2 Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 (thirty) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Bangalore, India. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by both parties.
14.3 Jurisdiction
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue or inconvenient forum.
14.4 Limitation Period
Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be brought within 1 (one) year from the date the cause of action arose. Any claim not filed within this period shall be deemed waived and barred.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. All applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, shall apply to these Terms and any disputes arising hereunder.
16. Force Majeure
Pinnacle shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, earthquake, power outages, internet failures, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. 18. Severability

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, and any enrollment agreement or program-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinnacle with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations, and warranties.
